Terms of Use

Last updated: 18 September 2026

In short: motlo helps you keep track of your vehicle's dates, but you're still responsible for your inspection, insurance, tax and other obligations. Reminders about legal and safety deadlines are free and always will be.

Using motlo

By downloading or using motlo you agree to these terms and to the Apple Standard EULA, which also applies. If the two differ, these terms apply to the extent the law allows.

Reminders are a help, not a guarantee

Dates, intervals and estimates in motlo are based on what you enter and on general rules that can change. Always check deadlines with official sources and your documents. We aren't responsible for missed deadlines, fines, penalties or other losses that result from relying on the app, and notifications can be delayed or blocked by your device settings.

motlo Pro

Some features are available with motlo Pro, offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.

Reminders for legal and safety obligations, such as inspection, insurance and vehicle tax, are never part of Pro.

Your content

Everything you enter or scan belongs to you and stays on your device (see the Privacy Policy). Please keep your own copies of important documents; motlo doesn't replace official documents.

Changes to the app and these terms

We may change, add or remove features. If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date above. Continuing to use motlo after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Liability

motlo is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
